The Team:

Greg Kissel, Managing Partner - Washington D.C. Metro Area

Greg is a PROSCI-certified transformation leader with over 9 years of experience guiding organizations through complex business and technology transformations. He has worked both as a Big 4 external consultant at Deloitte and KPMG and as an internal change management leader at NiSource, a utilities company, and Twilio, a financial technology company.

He specializes in change management, organizational development, and project management, helping companies align strategy, people, and processes to achieve lasting results. Greg has supported organizations of all sizes including companies with fewer than 50 employees to enterprises with more than 200,000 located across the globe, his experience spans across a variety of industries, including oil & gas, utilities, tech, healthcare and higher education.

Greg brings expertise in scoping, budgeting, and managing end-to-end initiatives, with technical proficiency across Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and data collection and analysis tools. He has experience engaging stakeholders at all levels, from senior executives to front-line employees—and can tailor his approach and communication style to fit the needs of each audience.

Experience Highlights:

  • Regional Utilities Company: - Oversaw the budgeting, staffing and delivery of the Change Management and training workstream of 5 consultants for a SAP transformation within the renewables sector. Led end-to-end change management, including driving impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training delivery, and adoption tracking. Worked directly with delivery & business leadership to ensure maximum end-user adoption across 6,000 employees.

  • Financial Technology F500 Company: Supported global organizational effectiveness programs, including remote work enablement for 8,000+ employees and multi-country employee survey rollouts. Developed robust dashboards to track project progress, measure employee engagement, and track overall awareness of new policies and procedures, to then refine approach for maximun effectiveness.

  • Pharmaceutical F100 Company: Directed change management efforts for an acquisition of a multi-national Pharmaceutical company, harmonizing benefits & compensation plans across 13 different countries, impacting over 25,000 employees globally. Worked directly with HR Leadership across the globe ensuring alignment across business units and measurable adoption outcomes.

  • Oil & Gas F50 Company: Performed a skills gap and workforce planning assessment in quantifying the talent requirements needed over the short (6 months) and long-term (2 years). Established metrics to inform leadership about key workforce needs and current gaps, tracking tools, and analytics to streamline project management, improve visibility, and optimize resource allocation.

Greg holds an M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) and a B.S. in Psychology from Towson University.

When he’s not helping organizations transform, Greg can usually be found exploring new hiking trails or planning his next international adventure. He’s also a longtime enthusiast of high-performance driving, having been part of the Porsche Club of America’s Potomac Region for over 10 years and takes part in events across the East Coast each year. Greg lives in Arnold, Maryland, just outside Washington, D.C., where he enjoys balancing work, travel, and his passion for cars.
